Referring to Jerome Bosch’s Garden of Delights<\/em> or inspired by 17th-century still lifes, the two immersive installations at Panorama de la Friche Belle de Mai are tableaux vivants, contemporary vanities of our vices, anxieties and aspirations. Combining the paradisiacal and the catastrophic, acting as dystopias, they plunge us into the failings of our contemporary pleasures. Will we be able to imagine happier, more egalitarian possibilities for the future and for new generations?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
