In co-production with La Friche la Belle de Mai

The artists in this exhibition exploit the vulnerabilities of contemporary digital systems to reveal their hidden mechanisms. Algorithms, artificial intelligence, social media platforms, and surveillance systems become, in this context, tools to be repurposed, disrupted, or infiltrated.

Combining humor, sabotage, camouflage, and strategies of disappearance, these works create counter-narratives in response to the tools of control that govern the circulation of images, bodies, and the economy. Some plays opt for irony or the absurd; others expose the silent violence of surveillance technologies. They all devise subtle tactics of resistance.
