Leo Africanus: 2527 is an interactive immersive installation that transports the 16th-century traveler Leo Africanus into a speculative future. By combining photogrammetry, artificial intelligence, and real-time interaction, the project explores cultural and historical memory through a narrative approach where history meets the subversive tactics of digital technology. Through alternative scenarios developed by various local authors, this experience explores the impact of past representations and their potential reinterpretations in the future.
